The Redmoor Project is located between the village of Kelly Bray and the town of Callington in southeast Cornwall, approximately 25 km by road from the city and port of Plymouth. The area has well-established infrastructure and is located in the historically significant Cornish mining district.
Cornwall Resources Limited ("CRL") control the mineral rights within a 23km² licence area, within which the Redmoor Sheeted Vein Sy stem ("SVS") is located. Through exploration drilling and related activities, CRL have developed an inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 11.7 Mt @ 1.17% Tin equivalent, composed of high-grade zones of Tungsten - Tin - Copper mineralisation within the SVS.
CRL has an exploration licence agreement with the mineral rights holder of the Redmoor area, providing the right to explore the area until 2037, and the further right for CRL to enter into a 25-year mining lease (renewable for a further 25 years). The mining lease permits commercial extraction of the minerals, subject to obtaining planning and other approvals.

incorporates newly acquired exploration rights areas through an exclusivity and prospecting agreement signed between CRL and The Duchy of Cornwall.
Through this agreement CRL have increased its mineral rights operating area from 23km² up to 87.95km². The new areas incorporate key areas of the historic Tamar Valley Mining District, and include areas of significant mining activity and highly prospective areas for exploration, with the potential to add new satellite resources to those at Redmoor.
The new areas were previously mined for Copper, Tin, Tungsten, Lead and other base metals, as well as Silver, from mines such as Prince of Wales, Drakewalls, Hingston Down, Gunnislake Clitters, and New Consols.
CRL exploration licence agreement with the mineral rights holder provide the right to explore the area for three years (with the ability to extend further) and exclusivity to negotiate a further deed of exploration and option for lease for mining.
